10 Week Yoga and Meditation Course

I run open level yoga courses. Each week you'll experience a blend of styles which include Hatha flow, dynamic, restorative, and feldenkrais. Let's not worry what all of these styles mean, just know they combine to create a very well rounded practice.
Having 10 weeks together means movements and postures can flow from week one all the way to the end and you'll experience personal progression. 
This is a hybrid offering; you can attend in person (Hove), practice live via zoom or catch up with the recordings. All students
gain lifelong access to my online library of yoga videos.
