I can teach you to understand your personal anatomy and work through injury or illness.

 

You might want to focus on the quality of your sleep, improve your energy levels or increase emotional resilience.

 

1:1 sessions combine various styles of yoga and meditation. We can include myofascial release, sacred sounds like singing bowls and koshi bells and reiki.
