Restorative Yoga & Nidra Workshop

Restorative Yoga is about restoring yourself to your natural, uncultivated state, who you are when you're not stressed or tense.

 

The focus of this workshop is about letting go of unnecessary ‘push’ and tension. We’ve been conditioned to add a lot of tension to what we’re doing. ‘Doing’ in itself implies effort. These workshops are suitable for everyone who wants to experience a sense of belonging and safety and do wonders for your nervous system. Here's a blog to help get you in the mood.

You'll experience Asana (postures) Pranayama (breathing techniques) and guided Meditations.

WHAT'S THE INVESTMENT?

Workshops are £25 per person you're a  Do Your OM Thing Member, regular class attendees and students who have attended retreats. Or £30 per person if you haven’t yet attended a class, workshop or retreat.

Address: Evolution Arts is a beautiful studio, equipped with mats and blocks, everything we need for practice. 2 Sillwood Terrace BN1 2LR.

The workshop is 6-8pm. Please aim to arrive 10 minutes early.

Everything I teach is open level; suitable for beginners as well as people who have practiced Yoga.
