The best time to practice yoga and meditation, was a year ago. The next best time is now, or the 13th January to be precise. Often illness, injury or exhaustion act as the trigger to practice yoga and meditation. That's a very modern response, to manage a situation after it's happened.
But how would it be to familiar with the self healing modalities of; movement of the body, self massage, breath practice, deep relaxation and meditation before an injury or illness? To experience them as the 'cherry on top' of a healthy, vital mind and body, as opposed to a puncture repair kit.
Perhaps you're starting over in Jan, or you've maintained your own practice during December. Either way, it doesn't matter. I'm her to support, encourage and inspire you to want to be your own superior yoga student.
