Weekly Yoga and Meditation Class
I run open level yoga classes for anyone; complete beginners to yoga teachers. Each week you'll experience a blend of styles which include Hatha flow, dynamic, restorative, and feldenkrais. Let's not worry what all of these styles mean, just know they combine to create a very well rounded practice.
You can drop in, but I recommend purchasing 10 consecutive weeks. A regular practice means movements and postures can flow from week one all the way to the end and you'll experience personal progression.
A single live session is £10.
10 consecutive sessions are £90, or £75 per person when you book with a friend. We practice live via zoom every Wednesday 7.30-8.45pm or you can practice in your OM time via the recordings. All students receive lifelong access to the videos.
