10 Week Yoga and Meditation Course

I run open level yoga courses. Each week you'll experience a blend of styles which include Hatha flow, dynamic, restorative, and feldenkrais. Let's not worry what all of these styles mean, just know they combine to create a very well rounded practice.
Having 10 weeks together means movements and postures can flow from week one all the way to the end and you'll experience personal progression. 
The next course dates are 24th March - 26th May 2021. The course is £90 per person, or £75 per person when you book with a friend.  We practice live via zoom 7.30-8.4pm GMT or you can practice in your OM time via the recordings. All students gain lifelong access to my online library of yoga videos.
