Presence, not performance 200 hour yoga teacher training
This isn’t just a course on how to teach yoga. It’s my course on how yoga works—on the body, the mind, and the soul—and how it helps you return to your most authentic self.
Are you ready to begin a journey of self-inquiry, self-healing, and deep learning? My 200-hour yoga teacher training is more than just a certification—it’s an invitation to remember who you are beneath the noise. Whether you want to teach or deepen your own practice, my course gives you the tools to understand yoga not just as movement, but as a philosophy, a system, and a way of being.
In our fast-paced, overstimulated world, yoga offers a way to slow down, tune in, and take care of ourselves. It's a personal revolution that ripples outward. You’ll learn how and why yoga works—how it supports our physical and emotional health, how it rewires old patterns, how it helps us meet ourselves with honesty and compassion.
My training is about coming home to yourself. You'll spend 200 hours both learning and unlearning—releasing inherited beliefs, outdated movement patterns, and the pressures to fit a mould. Here, there’s no one way to be a yoga teacher. The aim is for you to leave not as a copy of anyone else, but as you—confident, curious, and connected to your own voice.
You’ll explore a wide range of yoga practices including Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, and somatics—each offering insight into how the body moves and how the nervous system responds. We’ll work with functional anatomy and intelligent sequencing so that you can teach with clarity, creativity, and care for all bodies and abilities.
My course also weaves in yoga philosophy, breathwork, meditation, teaching skills, self-reflection, and the art of holding space. We’ll explore how to bring your authentic self into your teaching, and touch on personal branding, marketing, and the practical realities of making a living from your passion—without losing your values.

“I was educated to pass exams and get the answers right. There was no joy, expression or creativity. Rosie, I cannot believe how healing these assessments have been for me. I will never forget the teaching assessment day; we all showed up totally unique, at ease, supporting each other… and the laughter!”
Assessment in my program is a celebration of your growth. You’ll complete one written multiple-choice test and a 30-minute teaching practice—both designed to support, not stress you. Every single student who’s taken my training so far has passed first time, regardless of age, first language, or previous experience.

About me, your trainer;
I’ve been practicing yoga since I was five years old. I came to it with the joy and curiosity of a child—and that spirit still guides me today. For me, movement has always been a way to explore, express, and feel more alive. Yoga isn’t something I do; it’s how I live, relate, and remember who I am. That’s what I want to share with you.
I hold a Master’s degree in the History and Philosophy of Yoga, and my work has been published in respected yoga and wellness publications. I’m fascinated by how ancient wisdom meets modern science—and how we can draw on both to meet the realities of life today.

Over the years, I’ve developed a specialism in the therapeutic application of yoga, working with people living with chronic pain, anxiety, Parkinson’s Disease, and those on the cancer journey. My approach is grounded in compassion, creativity, and the belief that yoga should meet you where you are.

Whether you're stepping into teaching or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I’m here to walk beside you with care, clarity and a lot of heart. My intention is to support you in finding your own voice as a teacher—one that feels true, wise, and fully your own.
