I've always been interested in Yoga, and used to practice at home with my parents, my first teachers. In those early years I learned that movement should be playful and creative, and I'm passionate about imparting that lesson, as it helps us to loosen up.

 

I draw on a variety of movement disciplines, so my Yoga sequences are creative and designed to take you on a journey.

'Do Your OM Thing' is a philosophy which is designed to integrate body, breath and mind. When you develop agency through breath and movement you'll feel more empowered both on and off the mat!

Private Yoga sessions are for you if you're ready to invest in your Self. I host these warm and welcoming weekly sessions via Skype or Facetime.

 

Choose from 60 minutes £45 or 90 minutes £65.
