PHILOSOPHY

I've been practicing yoga since I was a child. I learned that we're designed to move, and our original movements were playful and felt good. Now, (many) years later, that's how I teach yoga.

 

I'm going to create the space for you to remember who you were before conditioning and culture made you hold your body in unnatural, small and ultimately painful ways.

'Do Your OM Thing' is a philosophy to integrate body, breath and mind. When you develop agency through breath and movement you'll feel empowered on and off the mat!

10 WEEK YOGA AND MEDITATION COURSE 
I run open level yoga courses. Each week you'll experience a blend of styles which include Hatha flow, dynamic, restorative, and feldenkrais. Let's not worry what all of these styles mean, just know they combine to create a very well rounded practice.
 
Having 10 weeks together means movements and postures can flow from week one all the way to the end and you'll experience personal progression. 

 

7.30 -8.45pm GMT Wednesday 24th March - 26th May 2021. Live on zoom, or in your OM time via recordings.

Whichever option you choose; you all get lifetime access to the recordings is £90 for one person, £75 per person when booked with a friend. 

PRIVATE YOGA 1:1

Private yoga sessions are for you if you're ready to invest in your Self. I host these warm and welcoming weekly sessions via Zoom or FaceTime.

 

Choose from 60 minutes £45 or 90 minutes £65.
