Namaste, I'm glad you're here

I've been practising yoga since I was a child. I learned that we're designed to move, and our original movements were easeful and felt good. Now, (many) years later, that's how I approach yoga. ​

I teach yoga through private sessions, group classes and yoga teacher trainings, creating spaces where people can reconnect with their bodies and move in ways that feel natural and supportive.

My approach blends years of yoga practice with my work as an Ayurvedic coach, looking at the whole person; body, breath mind and spirit. Whether you’re coming to deepen your own practice or learn to teach, the focus is always on understanding how yoga can meet your body.

Because when yoga bends to you, you and the practice come alive.
