Do Your OM Thing

Ayurveda consultations

If you've found your way here, perhaps life feels a little out of balance.

Maybe you're feeling stressed, exhausted or overwhelmed. Perhaps your digestion isn't quite right, your sleep has changed, your hormones are shifting, or you simply don't feel like yourself anymore.

Ayurveda is one of the world's oldest systems of health, developed in India over 5,000 years ago. The word Ayurveda means the wisdom of life, and that's exactly what it offers: a gentle, holistic approach to supporting your health through every stage of life.

One of the things I love most about Ayurveda is that it doesn't believe there's a one-size-fits-all approach to wellbeing. Instead, it recognises that you are unique. Your body, your mind, your lifestyle and your experiences all shape what you need to feel your best.

Whether you're navigating a demanding career, parenthood, menopause, recovery from illness, ageing, or simply looking to feel more like yourself again, Ayurveda offers practical, sustainable ways to help you find balance.

Together, we'll explore your patterns; how you eat, sleep, move, think and live—and discover simple, realistic changes that support your health in a way that feels achievable and nourishing.

My role isn't to tell you how to live or hand you a list of rules.

It's to help you understand yourself more deeply, so you can make choices that leave you feeling healthier, calmer and more connected to yourself.

Because when we stop fighting our bodies and start listening to them, something beautiful begins to happen.

Your consultation

Whether you're completely new to Ayurveda or have been curious about it for years, you'll be welcomed with warmth, curiosity and without judgement.

Our consultation is a deep conversation. I'll take the time to get to know you—your health, your lifestyle, your routines, your challenges and what has brought you here. Together, we'll explore your unique constitution and the patterns that may be influencing how you're feeling, before creating a personalised plan that feels realistic, supportive and sustainable.

One of the guiding principles of Ayurveda is that when diet is wrong, medicine is of no use; when diet is correct, medicine is of no need. More broadly, Ayurveda reminds us that health isn't found in a quick fix, a restrictive plan or the latest wellness trend. It grows from the small choices we make every day, and from learning to live in a way that honours our own unique nature.

My role isn't to make you a "healthier" version of someone else. It's to help you understand yourself more deeply, so you can make choices that support your body, your mind and your life as it is today. Because in Ayurveda, there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Just as every person is unique, every path to health is unique too.

My hope is that you'll leave not only with practical recommendations, but with a deeper understanding of yourself—and the confidence to support your wellbeing through every season of life.
