DO YOUR OM THING PHILOSOPHY

I've always been interested in Yoga, and used to practice at home with my parents, my first teachers. In those early years I learned that movement should be playful and creative, and I'm passionate about imparting that lesson, as it helps us to loosen up. -And judging by the laughter that can be heard from the classes, I'm on my way to achieving that aim!

 

I draw on a variety of movement disciplines, so my Yoga sequences are creative and designed to take you on a journey! I aim to inspire you to ‘Do Your OM Thing’ whether that’s modifying a posture, taking a leap of faith in a Yoga Pose or integrating yoga and meditation practices into your daily life. 

 

'Doing Your OM Thing' is a philosophy which is designed to integrate body, breath and mind. When you develop agency through breath and movement you'll feel more empowered both on and off the mat!

HATHA FLOW YOGA & MEDITATION

This Hatha Flow Yoga class will soothe tense muscles. Thoughtful flowing sequences to turn your practice into a moving meditation. I teach true presence, not perfomance, 75 minutes of wholehearted teaching with a wonderful community of students.

Every Wednesday 7.30-8.45pm

@ Hove Methodist Church, entrance on St Patricks Road BN3 5DR

Open level class, which means suitable for all.

Please bring your own mat and a blanket to get cosy at the end.

This class pauses in December, and resumes 11th Jan 2020.

PRIVATE YOGA 1:1

Private Yoga sessions are for you if you're ready to invest in your Self. I host these warm and welcoming weekly sessions in my home.

 

Choose from 60 minutes £45 or 90 minutes £65.
