Witness nature and be a part of the transition into Autumn this October when you join me in the heart of the East Sussex countryside. We'll take walks through fields and down to the coast, practice yoga, meditation and feast on nourishing meals.
"Be like a leaf in the wind." The practice of yoga encourages a dialogue between us and our environment. So, we approach every season by listening to the body.
We arrive 4pm Friday 14th October, get settled with tea and snacks. Our first practice is before our evening meal, designed to ground and set the tone for weekend of unwinding. We practice each morning and evening, as well as guided relaxations before bed. We depart 2pm Sunday 16th October.
This retreat will be the usual gorgeous Rosie mixture of hatha flow, scaravelli, yin and restorative yoga. We'll also practice qi gongi, yoga nidra, breathing and meditation techniques.
What's included? Two nights dormitory accommodation, all yoga and meditation sessions. All meals and snacks, tea and coffee.
This is an open level retreat, so it's suitable for all. It's £350 per person, or £370 per person with an organic cotton mini bolster.
