Look after your your bod(ies)

This month in class you’ll be inspired to nourish your body. All five of them.

 

The ancient yogis have convinced me that I have five bodies, all working together to nourish each other. A positive change to one, touches all the others. By the end of October, you’ll be familiar with all of your bodies too. Through movement and meditation, you'll experience the five layers of yourself (called koshas) and how they deepen the richness of your practice.


Just when you think you've reached your limit, finally found there is an end point to how much you enjoy yoga, maybe even thinking there's at last a limitation to the benefits... You discover that yoga is a lifestyle that creates a dynamic state of physical and mental ease, coupled with spiritual wellbeing.



Yoga is a lifestyle that increases resilience by improving feelings of clear mindedness, composure, elation, energy, life purpose, satisfaction and self-confidence… even during stressful situations.
