Our vision of our body is usually very fragmented.


The whole practice of yoga and meditation is about reassembling the scattered pieces into one, wholesome unity.


It takes is step by step, to a fuller and clearer picture of the body and mind. When we develop this sense of the whole body, there is freedom.
